Staff Application Guidelines / Format - xSicKx - 09-05-2016

Alright, a lot of people are asking to put in applications.
So here are the guidelines you must follow in order to have your application acknowledged.

After reading this whole thread and making your application, contact us either on the server or through Steam client.  A secondary interview is mandatory so we can understand how you would react to certain situations. The application is only the first step.

Follow this code:

Code:
1. Steam Profile Link: (Please use method above)
2. What time zone are you in?
3. Why do you want to become staff?
4. How many hours do you have on GMOD?
5. How would we benefit from you becoming staff?
6. What experience do you have with being staff? Please provide detailed list, along with the servers you have had experience on. (IF ANY)
7. Do you Know how to use ULX?
8. How old are you?
9. Do you have a mic?
10. Are you able to type in a legible format?
11. How much time will you be putting into this server a week?
12. Will you be able to get a long with our current staff?
PS. Being vague on some of the questions will get you no where fast.

Now before you go copying and pasting...

You must know that we treat our staff members with respect. We treat our users courteously. We don't take kindly to abuse. I nor anyone else wants to see you flying around everywhere in there face while they are trying to RP. You do not noclip while off duty. You stick to RP while off duty. What does being on duty mean? Staying out of peoples way, letting them enjoy the server we so kindly brought to them. Someones complaining about RDM RDA, whatever they call it, watch them for it to happen again, then warn the user disobeying the rules. Simple. No need for all the extras. When i say extras i mean, putting someone on a building for a "Sit" or chat to see what happened. Everyone lies. Logs don't, and if you spectate them, you can clearly see who needs to be warned/banned. If i catch you pestering, lying, or just making the server lose out on clients in general. THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES.

Another thing:
If higher up admins are having a so called "sit" do not bother them. Eaves dropping will quickly get you demoted. Personally, i don't like to ask twice either. Use admin chat which is "/// <message>"

We don't give away guns, cars, or money. unless replenishing an rdm or something of that sorts. Message a higher rank before bringing them to a situation. That will quickly get you on bad terms.
If a user is spamming props, ban them. No one has time for people "trying" to crash the server. Otherwise the warn system will take care of the rest.

Stick by this and we can all get a long just fine.
