Braid was one of the first indie games on Xbox Live to really gain widespread critical acclaim and opened the eyes of many players to the potential of small-scale independent game development. Soon, those who missed it the first time will get the chance to see what the fuss is about, as Braid is getting remastered in 2021 – and its coming to Switch.

With improved visuals and an audio commentary, it should prove to be the definitive version of Jonathan Blow’s seminal indie hit – but you’ll be able to switch to the original graphics too, if you so wish.

Braid Anniversary Edition is expected to arrive in the first quarter of 2021.
