Japanese company Level-5 has a major announcement planned for the upcoming Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 release, Yo-kai Watch Jam: Yo-kai Academy Y – Waiwai Gakuen Seikatsu.
Fans can find out more when it premieres its “Yo-kai Watch Jam: Yo-kai Academy Y – Waiwai Gakuen Seikatsu – Academy Y Online Student Meeting” on 1st August at 7 pm JST (that’s tomorrow). You’ll be able to tune into the broadcast on the company’s official YouTube channel.
There are no details about what exactly this major announcement will be. Yo-kai Watch Jam: Yo-kai Academy Y – Waiwai Gakuen Seikatsu launches on 13th August in Japan, so perhaps it could be a physical edition announcement.
Of course, what we would like to see is localisation – and maybe Level-5 could also release Yo-kai Watch 4 here while it’s at it (but we’ll try not to get our hopes up). This post will be updated when more details are revealed.
