Massive Paladins Update Adds New Battle Pass, Balances Changes, And More
<p dir="ltr">Free-to-play shooter <a href="https://www.gamespot.com/paladins-champions-of-the-realm/">Paladins</a> has released <a href="https://www.paladins.com/news/sands-of-myth-update-notes">a large free update</a> that changes many aspects of the game. Christened Sands of Myth, the patch introduces a new battle pass that is scheduled to end in late May, as well as a bundle of new cosmetic items exclusive to battle pass purchasers.</p><p dir="ltr">These new cosmetic items include Death Cards, a customizable image of your character that your slain opponents see, as well as new Avatars and animated loading frames. An entirely revamped victory screen has also been added, which awards accolades to each player based on their performance in the match.</p><p dir="ltr">The patch also includes a total rework of the Frog Island map, which adds many more frogs to the island. Additionally, it fixes many bugs and radically rebalances many of the game's heroes.
