Tetris 99 Is Hosting A Xenoblade Chronicles Event Next Week

<p>The next event taking place in <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/switch-eshop/tetris_99">Tetris 99</a></strong> will celebrate the recent release of <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/nintendo-switch/xenoblade_chronicles_definitive_edition">Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition</a></strong> on the Nintendo Switch. It will start next Friday, and run from 3rd July to 6th July.</p>
<p>If you participate and happen to earn 100 points, you’ll unlock a special Xenoblade Chronicles theme featuring some appropriate sound effects. The higher you place in each match, the more points you’ll unlock. Here’s what it looks like:</p>

<p>To participate in this upcoming online event, you’ll need to have a Nintendo Switch Online membership. This particular one follows on from the <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/nintendo-switch/animal_crossing_new_horizons">Animal Crossing: New Horizons</a></strong> event in May and the <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/nintendo-switch/ring_fit_adventure">Ring Fit Adventure</a></strong> event in April.</p>
