Rebel Inc. is now available on Android

<p>I think it’s fair to say <a href="https://www.pockettactics.com/reviews/rebel-inc/" target="_blank">we really enjoyed <em>Rebel Inc.</em></a> when it launched in December last year. While it didn’t quite <a href="https://www.pockettactics.com/articles/readers-choice-game-of-the-year-2018/" target="_blank">win over the readers in our GOTY awards</a>, it still got a lot of votes and over all was a fantastic new game from the creators of <em>Plague Inc.</em></p>
<p>The only bad thing about it, depending on who you were, was that it was only on iOS… UNTIL TODDAYYYY. Well, yesterday.</p>
<p><em>Rebel Inc. is one of our favourite RTS games on mobile, <a href="https://www.pockettactics.com/guides/rts-games-for-android/" target="_blank">but there are plenty more.</a></em></p>
<p>Ndemic sent out the word around 5pm UK time that their counter-insurgency sim <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ndemiccreations.rebelinc" target="_blank">was finally available on Android</a>. Much like its predecessor on Android, it’s free to download, and you can buy the ‘Premium’ version for £1.99. This removes any ads, allows you to use governors, and also allows you to fast-forward.</p>

<p>There are apparently additional IAPs – the Google Play store lists extra purchases ranging from £0.59 to £11.99 per item. Unlike the Apple App Store though, it doesn’t list them out separate items, but I can’t imagine they’ll be much different from the iOS list, which you can see on <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/rebel-inc/id1439187947?mt=8" target="_blank">the store page here</a>. I’ve downloaded the app myself and tried rooting around but couldn’t see anything other than the premium unlock.</p>
