Classic Streets Of Rage Soundtracks Are Being Rereleased On Cassette And CD

<p>If today’s release of <a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/switch-eshop/streets_of_rage_4"><strong>Streets of Rage 4</strong></a> on Switch has you feeling all nostalgic for earlier games in the series, you might want to take a nosey at these tempting soundtrack offerings.</p>
<p>Wayô Records is set to rerelease the classic Mega Drive soundtracks to both <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/megadrive/streets_of_rage">Streets of Rage</a></strong> and <strong><a href="http://www.nintendolife.com/games/megadrive/streets_of_rage_2">Streets of Rage 2</a></strong> composed by Yuzo Koshiro. They’ll be available on CD, digital, and in a neat touch, even on cassette.</p>
<p>The new CD release of Streets of Rage 2 follows Wayô Records’ 2017 Streets of Rage digital and CD release with new commentary from Koshiro and a 17-minute-long megamix by composer Shinji Hosoe. Plenty of options have already gone live for pre-order at <a class="external" href="https://www.wayorecords.com/en/61-streets-of-rage">Wayô Records’ website</a>, with all products expected to be released by the end of May/June.</p>
