<li><em>At least <strong>15 percent</strong> of workers use <strong>online platforms</strong> such as Uber and Upwork (in 2015)</em></li>
<li><em><strong>30 percent</strong> are “free agents,” who <strong>actively choose</strong> independent work and derive their <strong>primary income</strong> from it.</em></li>
