Taito has announced Bubble Bobble 4 Friends will be receiving a new free update that adds additional content to the game. This includes new stages and the character, Baron von Blubba. Here’s a bit from the PR about it:
Taito are currently developing and expanding the game’s content to deliver everything fans wish for, including new stages and the return of a fan favorite enemy character – ‘Baron von Blubba’.
More details about this content will be revealed in the coming weeks and months.
Today also marks the release of the game in North America. It was originally made available in Europe last November. We gave it eight out of ten stars in our review.
